Construction

Consruction costs start at 700€ to 1000€ per metre square this approximately ie a house of say 150m2 will cost from 105.000€ to 150.000€ plus the project and architect fees and building licenses,this will add another 30.000€ to 40.000€ ,in total a house of 150m2 will cost around 190.000€ plus the land at 150.000€ ,plus architect and project ie 390.000€,extras are over above this and include garage,swimming pool,shutters and of course choice of different tiles and fittings.Most villas of 150m2 cost in total with extras 500.000€ approx .

Building time

Expect from 6 to 12 months according to size and location.
